Hobby Lobby Interview Question
What benefits does functional programming have over object oriented programming? (I don't think this is a normal question for them, but they knew I recently used functional programming and was a fan of it)

I completely bombed this question. If I had took a little bit of time to think about it then I would have realized I've only done functional programming in JavaScript and have not done OOP in javascript so I didn't have the experience to answer. I basically talked about how it was better than procedural programming, but that doesn't answer the question.
