The changes I will bring to the organisation will revolve around personal integrity, the ability to keep absolute confidentiality, institutional attitude towards achieving shared objectives with greater collaboration and team work. It will also involve the concept of organizational guidance and team work, organizational planning abilities such as setting targets and meeting deadlines, and the ability to effectively supervise others and to be supervised.
