The question seems simple enough, but plainly answering "google it" is a sure tell of inexperience in the area. Since working there, I've come to realize that a more apt response would include information about any compiler/debuggers you have used, general description of process such as "break the problem in to parts" or "draw a diagram". Your answer to this question indicates the type and amount of development you've been doing. The response "Research it" shows that you haven't gotten very far in the process.
