I said that I'd likely spend 90% of my day on guest experience - cleaning, machine maintenance, customer service, helping sign up new members, and answering questions. Then next 5% or so on developing my team, sharing information with them, etc. But the remaining 5% would likely be handling paperwork, invoices, payroll, reviewing sales numbers, etc.
