I believe what makes a good team is having a good leader, and for everyone in the team to have a well described role. I personally think that a team is only as strong as their weakest link so everyone should be supportive and respectful to each other so each person can be successful. Also communication within a team is important, its critical when mistakes or issues arise to discuss and resolve them so the team can feel comfortable and truly want the best for each other.
