Customer service can be one of the hardest things to do because great customer service changes to fit each individual. For some clients the best form of customer service is simply to be left alone to shop by themselves; for others its to know every single detail on how something was made and where its sourced from. So customer service, for me, is never about selling the product; it is about creating an experience. You have to tell the story behind the product to a customer that best fits their needs and expectations. It's all about personalizing your service to each individual that walks through that door.
