The "wow" customer service in our store is nonexistent. What it means to me is making sure the customer is finding everything they need and making them feel welcome, answering any questions they may have. I also enjoy engaging the customer ,talking to them about what in their basket, recommending something new or just making them laugh. The "wow" service has been replaced by "the customer experience". Trader Joe's needs to remind their captain's and mates what real customer service means. I am pleased to hear a captain asked that question up front. It actually gave me a second of hope! 🎉
