I contacted at least 10 former and current employees and not a single one of them had anything good to say about the company. The moral is very low but unfortunately that is their culture. The management seems to lack people skills. I've seen some very nasty emails managers have written to their analysts, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They seem to just give anyone who remotely qualifies a chance to work there but may fire people quickly too. It seems like the job security is not great as they layoff people for no apparent reason.
