Chocolate...that is the dumbest question, so I initially answer it with a dumb answer to get a laugh and lighten the mood. Then I went on to say any person's or organizations greatest weakness is their greatest strength....because you always lead with your strength, whether it is the appropriate response or not. When it is not appropriate, it becomes your weakness.
