I am very meticulous. I like making activities where the kids are forced to think critically and combine healthy living with appealing to their interests. I made a lesson plan last year on Lionel Messai as they are Hispanic and like soccer. I related the story to a critical thinking question of something they wanted so badly they were willing to do what it took to achieve it. I like to take the initiative and think of creative ways to solve problems. Instead of just telling a student to do what they need to do I look for something around me that I can use to get the kid to participate. For example last year a group of girls were hanging out by the fence instead of participating in a group activity. I found an old ball and asked them if they want to do a small game with it. They said they roll it to which I said fine. Eventually they expanded it and spread out saying each other's name before throwing the ball to them
