Achievement is my motivator. I always want to accomplish excellent result in whatever I do. When I study, beside knowledge and experience, I also want to get good grades and compliments from my teachers. When I am at work, I want to be recognized by my colleagues and my boss by showing excellent performance. I want to be somebody in the company, who is efficient, who is helpful and who could contribute something, not just nobody. In order to achieve what I want, I need to work hard.
