I have 13 years of Office Manager experience, where I did many things like for instance I trained employees, I opened and closed the store, I traced down money discrepancies, I answered the phones then transferring those calls to the correct department, providing customer service, writing letters, sending out emails, faxing, running mail, even doing e-bay for the store. And oh there was so much more to tell the truth I was more like an assistant general manager than just the office manager.
