I had to have them ask a little more detailed question, my answer was "Currently my company runs all kinds of protocols on our Cisco phone system; Skinny, H323, MGCP, SIP, RTP, ... can you be a little more specific?". As it turns out they wanted to know what Codec we ran and then what type of voice gateways we used.
