I didn't know how to answer this question. I was taken off guard, and quite confused about it. I thought about it and responded, "I'm not sure of any big secret" Later in my employment I asked the manager why he asked me that. He responded it was his assessment to see if I am a person who spreads drama as he doesn't want that a part of his team. I loved that and thought it was a brilliant way to assess that. (I passed the test)
