What was it about Midmark that I found appealing.

I have family and friends who work for the company at many levels and areas and they are always talking about how family oriented the company is and that I feel they are more customer focused than my previous employer who was more profit (stockholder satisfaction) focused.

Sounds About Right · Answer

Having worked there for years, I can tell you that there are many, many employees who are relatives.  It works out great for you if you are related to those who are in management - not so great if you are not - you will have extra hurdles to clear to make any headway.   Good luck to those who decide to work there - there are a lot of issues to deal with.  I certainly don;t recommend it to anyone.
