I see myself completing my master's degree and starting on my doctorate. I will have been increasingly involved in writing articles pertaining to healthcare quality, reform, and the future of the medical staff in a changing government atmosphere. I will have remained involved on the front line of healthcare by intereacting with staff, patients, families, and other caregivers to weigh the opportunities for improvement to enhance my facility's services.
