Even though I had worked in another professional field for 28 years, I had retail sales experience while studying in college. I explained I was semi retired and wanted a predicable and stable job for a second career. I am also a morbidly obese woman, but in great physical condition. I am modest with my makeup and short hair and dressed for success in a suit. I had a wonderful phone interview with them but once my interviewer can around the corner from her office to meet me, I could see disappointment with how fat I am. Next day I got a rejection letter. Now I always get immediate rejection letters for any job I apply for there.
