I was very upfront in stating that I was looking for a career and not a paycheck, and I also made sure to express my sincere interest not only in the company but in the position as well. All in all, I admire the company's core values - create fearlessly, make it happen, be yourself, and "uplyft" others - and, from what I was able to discern from the people with whom I interacted during the interview process, I truly felt like I would not only fit in but excel in the environment.
