Why did you leave your previous Job?
Anonymous
When discussing the reasons for my previous job transition with HR, I was commended for my communication skills and the validity of my explanations. However, when the conversation shifted to Store Supervisor Liezel, it felt more like an interrogation. One reason I mentioned was transportation. Initially, I was loaned to assist new hires at a different location, but ended up being permanently transferred there against my preference. The commute was challenging, involving three rides and taking up to 3 hours. Despite learning to ride a motorcycle, it wasn't suitable, often leading to discomfort and being exposed to the elements. Despite my explanations, Liezel seemed skeptical, even attempting to gauge the commute time herself, which felt intrusive considering she doesn't live nearby. This is just one instance of the attitude I've encountered from her.
