I expressed that I was passionate about working with food, and customer service. I indicated 8 years prior experience, and that I had served in a Soup Kitchen for a year, worked at a number of other places, and even did some of the cooking and serving through a Church I used to be a member of. I indicated my research I had done on their commitment to "only the best" in the quality of food they served, and their policies on growth hormones, etc.
