My answer to this question probably was one of the main reasons that caused me to not get an offer. I realized over the course of the interview that I wasn't really comfortable with the way this company does business (recommend average financial products with high commissions), and also that they are expanding so much that financial advisors in the same area basically end up competing against each other.
