TJ's does a lot of things differently from typical grocery stores. There's a lot of emphasis on efficiency and adaptability. They want you to care about the place you work, the products you sell, and most importantly the people, crew members & customers. Not to sound corny but it really is an all-hands-on-deck mindset.
