I expressed how I would stand back at times, in the begining, to make sure of certain ways in the environment and be completely active when I was assured that I had their support to do so. The regional guy expressed how understanding he would be for me to be active in the job and if I made mistakes at first because it is expected with their type of work (it takes time to gain the product knowledge.)
