All a con, steer clear unless you want a black mark on your CV for performance management, simply giving targets that can not be met and a garbage bonus structure that they change after 6 months. I've worked for the business for over 9 years, and it is absolutely shocking the damage Managers' do, not only to the business but the consumer too, and the well being of advisers' is not forefront, you will merely a 2nd class citizen under BT.
