Nexxen Interview Question

i was given a short code sample, implementing a circuit breaker design pattern. i was asked to understand what it does, what it is used for, etc. not all the questions was clear (i.e. what the interviewer aiming for, where he wanted to get to etc). when i've clarification questions, i got answers that were practically the same as the original question (i.e.: i've heard the same sentence \ explanation twice, no other words or meanings were used).
