I start with the problem and define the goal for the problem Then I would continue with the research and with survey (I will use tools like google survey ) then I will also do a video recording ( I think this is Better for me to see the facial expressions eyes see body language and little gestures or sound the person will make (ex sigh out of frustration their expression when they are thinking ) and just watch them think of questions that I have asked them.
