Collaborate with some of the most experienced BCBAs in Washington in PFA/SBT (Level 6 credentialed), making an impact within the company and with clients. APPLE Consulting has provided ABA services to children with autism in the home, in our clinic, and in the community since 2005 and we opened our first center-based clinic in Bothell in 2017...and we continue to grow each year! Our 14,000 square foot facility includes 3 large classrooms, 2 gross motor spaces, kitchens, and individual therapy rooms.

Our agency is looking for our next Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) to play an integral role among the company as a Clinical Supervisors.

Position Highlights:

• Mentorship and Collaboration with highly experienced colleagues with experience in PFA/SBT (with credentialing Levels 2-6)
• Participate in state-of-the-art, progressive approaches to therapy such as trauma-informed care and PFA/SBT* (Hanley model)
• Coordinate with outside professionals for integrated care
• Collaborate with our fabulously diverse and diversely educated BCBAs to continue to facilitate quality of care procedures and protocols
• Supervise programs for children with autism ages 0-21
• Guide families/clients through the intake, assessment planning, treatment plan and ongoing care process
• Analyze data; make data-based decisions
• Supervise and train behavior technicians/RBT (Registered Behavior Technicians)
• Develop initial treatment plans and individualized programs
• Update treatment plans at least semi-annually

Hourly: Up to $67 per hour DOE

Salary: $75-90k/year DOE
