Position Summary

HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries.

The 3D Product Visualization Artist is responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visual assets for cannabis and kratom products. This role brings products to life through detailed modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to support marketing, packaging, e-commerce, and digital content initiatives.

This is a hands-on creative role requiring strong technical skill, visual precision, and collaboration across creative, marketing, and production teams to enhance brand identity and customer engagement.

Core Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Product Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and renderings for cannabis and kratom products, packaging, and promotional materials

• Develop photorealistic product visualizations for marketing campaigns, advertising, e-commerce, and social media
• Utilize Cinema 4D and Redshift to produce accurate and visually compelling product representations

• Generate animated product visuals and interactive 3D assets as needed

Creative Execution & Brand Consistency

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and visual standards

• Translate product specifications and packaging concepts into realistic digital representations

• Assist with material sourcing and packaging exploration by creating visual mockups of different finishes and options

Asset Optimization & Delivery

• Optimize 3D assets for multiple outputs, including print, digital, web, and emerging AR/VR applications

• Prepare assets for post-production, compositing, and final delivery across platforms

• Maintain organized project files and workflows to support efficiency and version control

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with creative, marketing, and production teams to support campaigns, launches, and product development

• Participate in creative reviews and provide visual solutions aligned with project objectives

• Support internal teams with technical guidance related to 3D assets and workflows

Trends, Innovation & Workflow Management

• Stay current on industry trends, 3D design techniques, and emerging visualization technologies

• Continuously refine processes to improve visual quality, realism, and production efficiency

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Art, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling and product visualization
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and experience working with Redshift
• Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering for photorealistic results
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience working with consumer goods, cannabis, or kratom products

• Experience with additional 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush
• Experience using render engines such as Octane or V-Ray
• Familiarity with AR/VR or interactive 3D content

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

• Placement within the range based on experience, technical skill, and quality of work
• Overtime paid in accordance with California law

• Eligible employees may receive access to company-sponsored benefits per HR MGMT 10, LLC plans and eligibility requirements

Schedule & Work Hours

• Standard full-time schedule based on business needs

• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines and will be compensated accordingly

• Meal and rest periods provided in compliance with California regulations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• On-site role at the Costa Mesa, CA office

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for prolonged periods
