Qualifications of Outside Sales Representative:

• 2 + Years of Outside sales, Business Dev., Restoration/Construction, or B2B sales Experience required
• Experience Meeting with Property Managers, Insurance Agents/Adjusters, Contractors, and customers required
• Experience in Restoration, construction, insurance, service, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, facilities, or mitigation industries preferred
• Experience Preparing Estimates and Service Agreements preferred

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• This role involves developing new business relationships and generating restoration and reconstruction opportunities throughout the Auburn Hills area
• Responsibilities include building relationships with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, contractors, facility managers, and customers to promote restoration and reconstruction services
• Additional duties include prospecting new accounts, conducting appointments and site visits, following up on leads, preparing estimates and proposals, networking, and supporting business development efforts
• Work may involve water, fire, storm, mold, mitigation, and property damage restoration projects, insurance-related services, and outside sales activities for commercial, healthcare, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and residential properties
