The Account Manager plays a key role in supporting individuals in securing and maintaining meaningful employment. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients, employers, and internal program staff, ensuring clients receive personalized guidance, job placement support, and ongoing career development resources. NADAP’s Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment (PACE) program is a new career services initiative funded by NYC's Human Resources Administration working with adults and youth, ages 18+, receiving cash assistance. PACE is designed to improve employment and training outcomes and provides individualized career planning, skills development, credential attainment, employment preparation, job placement and retention services.
