Chitra Productions, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Part-Time Project Analyst/Administrative Support/Junior Business Operations specialist to effectively support Naval Sea Logistics Command by providing support for the Special Emphasis Program:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pull and analyze data contained on engineering referral and procurement referral workload reports to determine whether it is correct. Manipulate MS Excel files to present data in a coherent, orderly fashion; to do so one must perform basic Excel functions such as change font, change cell color, insert rows/columns, remove decimals, etc. Utilize MS Excel to merge reports. Use basic Excel functions such as SUM or AVERAGE to perform calculations.
• Pull technical data packages (files) in support of Engineering Referrals, Engineering Support Requests, and Technical Referrals. Understanding the serialization and cataloguing process for file management. Distribute these data files to the technical engineers for processing.
• Assist NAVSEALOGCEN in developing project management documentation. Collect and coordinate information for use in executive level briefings. Provide support for development and analysis of project plans, project processes and performance metrics. Assist with planning, coordinating, conducting and recording project management meetings. Assist with project monitoring and control efforts, including critical path management and plans of action and milestones. Manage document files. Provide technical recommendations for program documentation in accordance with DoD 5000.1 and DoD 5000.2 and SECNAV 5000.2.
• Provide administrative support for Audit Management, Document Maintenance, etc. and perform administrative/technical support as directed.
• Apply skills and knowledge in data management, document control, computer support, project control, and related areas to individual and team efforts.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen.
• Secret Security Clearance. Will sponsor the right candidate.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year experience as an Administrative Assistant with experience in MS Office and Excel in particular.
• Personal computer literate with knowledge of email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Experience with common office equipment, e.g. fax machines, copiers, projectors and PC printers.
