We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in our facility
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Maintain open communication with adminastration regarding a child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
Qualifications preferred but not required:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- First Aid and CPR certification -WE PROVIDE
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
