We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This remote position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our company's high standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding property listings, services, and general real estate queries.
Professionally manage and resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist real estate advisors with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
Uphold the brand values and service standards of Coldwell Banker Realty in every interaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
The ability to work independently and maintain high performance in a remote environment.
Experience within the real estate industry is advantageous but not required.
