We are looking for talented sales consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a sales consultant we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: Our program starts with in-class training, during which you learn step by step how to sell the products we provide! (Heating & Air Conditioning, Windows & Doors, Roofing Systems, Exterior Coating etc.) to ensure your success! Our sales Managers will continue to coach and build the skills and confidence you need to get the results you strive for with ongoing training.

COMPENSATION: Commission based compensation after training and a realistic earning potential of $125,000 - $350,000 annually within your first year. Our compensation plans reward solid performance with a strong commission rate.

LEAD GENERATION: Appointments are 100% generated in house and you will receive qualified, pre-set appointments. We have an incredible marketing engine that works to bring in the appointments through traditional and non-traditional forms of marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet customers as their schedules allow. Travel is generally limited to no more than 2 hours driving distance from Orange County. A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation and results oriented with the ability to work independently.
