IT Support Analyst
Location: Tucson, AZ (on-site)
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Analyst to join our team and keep our technology environment running smoothly day to day. You'll be the go-to person for end-user support, backup monitoring, security tool management, and core infrastructure administration across the organization. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety — one day you're resolving a ticket, the next you're auditing backup jobs or configuring a firewall rule. What You'll Do:
- Provide front-line technical support to end users, managing and resolving tickets through our IT support ticketing system in a timely, professional manner
- Monitor and manage backup applications (Acronis, Veeam) to ensure data protection jobs complete successfully, investigating and escalating failures
- Maintain and support corporate IT security and endpoint management tools, including Automox (patch management), Duo (multi-factor authentication), and CrowdStrike (endpoint detection and response)
- Administer Microsoft SharePoint site structures, user access, and permissions
- Perform Office 365 user administration — account provisioning, licensing, mailbox management, and troubleshooting
- Administer FortiGate firewalls, including rule changes, VPN configuration, and routine maintenance
- Support and troubleshoot wireless networking using Ubiquiti UniFi equipment
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices for new and existing employees
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed, and follow through to resolution
- What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Working knowledge of backup and recovery concepts, with hands-on experience in Acronis and/or Veeam a plus
- Familiarity with endpoint security and patch management tools (Automox, CrowdStrike, Duo, or similar)
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365) user accounts and SharePoint permissions
- Basic to intermediate firewall administration experience (FortiGate preferred)
- Experience with business-class wireless networking (Ubiquiti UniFi preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize a varied ticket queue
- Clear, professional communication skills — comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical staff
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving
Why us?
We offer the chance to work across a broad, modern technology stack — security, cloud backup, networking, and end-user support — with real ownership over the systems you manage, in a healthcare-adjacent environment where your work has tangible impact.
