Position Overview
Incertec is seeking an experienced and dedicated Metal Plater to join our team. This individual will apply various metal plating techniques to components, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.

The ideal Metal Plater candidate will have:

• 3+ years of recent plating experience in at least two different finishes;
• Strong understanding of plating processes, chemicals, and equipment;
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control;
• Intermediate math skills;
• Strong reading comprehension and communication skills;
• Experience with blue print reading and measuring equipment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a manufacturing environment;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Perform metal plating operations using techniques such as electroplating, anodizing, and other surface finishing processes.
• Prepare surfaces for plating by cleaning, degreasing, and masking as required.
• Monitor plating baths and adjust chemical compositions to maintain proper plating conditions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document and report production activities and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
