Scope of the Role
The Transitional Wealth Planner serves as the primary planning professional within the office, delivering comprehensive financial planning to an established HNW client base and expanding the depth of the client experience over time.
Compensation

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position is based full-time in our Haddon Heights, NJ office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. The office environment is professional with moderate noise levels. The role is primarily sedentary, involving sustained work at a computer workstation, with occasional movement within the office. The ability to read written materials, use a computer, and communicate clearly and professionally is essential to the role.

In accordance with the New Jersey Pay and Benefit Transparency Act (effective June 1, 2025), the compensation range for this position is $120,000–$175,000 base salary. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off; and reimbursement for approved professional development expenses.
