Job Title: Sterilization Engineer
Location: West Chester, PA (Hybrid)
Length of Assignment: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $45/hr-58/hr all-in rate (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Seeking a Sterilization Engineer to support microbial sterility assurance activities, supplier oversight, cleaning validation reviews, and radiation sterilization programs within a medical device environment.

Must Have Skills:

• Medical Device Sterilization experience
• Radiation Sterilization experience
• Radiation Dose Mapping experience
• Cleaning Validation experience
• Experience working with external manufacturers and suppliers
• 5-10+ years of Medical Device experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Reusable medical device experience
• MQSA team experience
• Prior J&J or DePuy Synthes experience

Pay: $45.00 - $58.00 per hour
