The Technical Lead drives the technical direction of our engineering team, ensuring the delivery and ongoing support of scalable, high quality, and reliable software solutions. This role blends hands on engineering, architecture, leadership, and production support ownership, guiding developers through the full lifecycle, from design and build to deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about building and supporting customer‑facing applications in a highly available, production‑ready environment. The Technical Lead leverages Agile principles, DevOps practices, modern cloud‑native technologies, and AI‑enabled capabilities to improve developer productivity, system reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality.
