We are launching a brand-new business unit dedicated to helping top FMCG and consumer brands build, launch, and operate their own branded shopping apps—and we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to run it all.

This is not a traditional management role where you inherit a team and optimize what already exists. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity. You will define the strategy, hire the team from scratch, own high-level corporate client relationships, and be directly accountable for commercial P&L outcomes from day one.

Must-Have Qualifications (Do Not Apply if you do not meet these):

• DTC Operating Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience operating DTC consumer brands (specifically in beauty, health & wellness, supplements, food & beverage, or personal care).
• Multi-Brand Management: Prior experience in an agency, brand portfolio, aggregator, incubator, or holding company is strictly required.
• 0-to-1 Leadership: Proven track record of building teams from scratch, defining operating processes, and designing organizational structures.
• Enterprise Client Management: Direct experience pitching to and managing large corporate clients and senior enterprise stakeholders.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

• Business Unit Buildout: Own the 0-to-1 launch of the App Commerce unit, including hiring, service scope, and delivery standards.
• Growth & Retention Strategy: Design app-commerce roadmaps focusing on user journeys, CRM, loyalty programs, push notifications, subscriptions, and LTV.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate end-to-end lifecycles from app development to ongoing store management, working with product, engineering, media, and creative teams.
• Commercial P&L Accountability: Directly own app sales performance, revenue targets, repeat purchase rates, and overall client success metrics.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, mobile app commerce platforms, CRM, or retention marketing tools.
• Prior experience leading a new service line or specialized growth function.
