Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with specifications. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using Excell
• Excellent project scheduling skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
