About the Role: We’re looking for a knowledgeable and personable Firearms & Retail Specialist to join our small but dedicated team. This isn’t your typical retail job: You’ll combine expert advice with a creative touch, helping customers find the right gear while making sure our store looks inviting and runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

- Customer Guidance: Assist sport shooters, personal defense enthusiasts, and law enforcement professionals in selecting firearms, ammunition, and accessories suited to their needs.

- Creative Merchandising: Use your eye for design to create and maintain attractive store displays that highlight new products and promotions.

- Inventory Management: Keep a sharp focus on stock levels, ensuring the right balance so customers get what they need when they need it, and maintain a clean safe environment.

- Compliance & Safety: Handle all background checks and paperwork with meticulous accuracy, maintaining full compliance with California and federal laws.

What we’re Looking For:

- You bring solid knowledge of firearms across sporting, defense, and law enforcement categories.

- You're reliable. You are available to work every Saturday and you reliably work your shifts every week. You show up on time and remain throughout your shift.

- You’re organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to manage inventory and legal paperwork flawlessly.

- You enjoy connecting with people and pride yourself on delivering knowledgeable, friendly customer service.

- You have a creative streak and take pride in keeping a clean, well-presented store environment.

Pay: $875.00 - $1,100.00 per week
