As the CEO’s key business partner, the CFO will help interpret the financial landscape, bring forward proactive insights on grants, funding, and future scenarios, and guide leadership and the Board through complex decisions with clarity and courage.

Education, Licensing, and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred.

Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
