We are looking for a Production Team Member with strong large format printing experience to join our growing Art Production team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality printed artwork. The successful candidate will play a key role in operating large format printing equipment, ensuring every print meets precise color, quality, and customer specifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

At the core of this role is operating large format printers and ensuring exceptional print quality from start to finish.

• Operate and maintain large format photo and art printing equipment
• Prepare and load materials (paper, canvas, inks) for production runs
• Execute print jobs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Monitor output for color accuracy, sharpness, and overall quality
• Troubleshoot printer issues and adjust settings as needed
• Select appropriate print settings based on custom order specifications
• Ensure all printed work meets exact customer requirements

Beyond printing, you will also support the full art production process:

• Use a Computerized Mat Cutting (CMC) system to cut mats to spec
• Assemble finished artwork based on order details
• Frame artwork using custom framing techniques
• Work with various materials including textiles and specialty art mediums
• Support other production tasks as needed within the team

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for someone who is confident and experienced with large format printing and understands the level of precision required in custom work.

• Proven experience operating large format printers (this is a must)
• Strong understanding of print production, color accuracy, and materials
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment
• Experience with art production, custom framing, or similar environments
• Familiarity with Computerized Mat Cutting (CMC) systems is an asset
• Experience with dry mount press and textile framing is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Creative eye with an appreciation for art and design
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with digital systems
