Summary:
Elemaster US is actively seeking a Assembly Associate to join our assembly team. The assembly associate will be responsible for the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCB). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, a background in THT assembly and preferably SMT assembly as well.
Candidates that will be considered must have at minimum 2 years working in a PCB assembly environment and the skillset to assemble printed circuit boards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Electronics Manufacturing experience (PCB experience)
- Recognition of electronic components and mounting process
- Ability to read drawings
- Soldering experience
- Experience operating SMT equipment (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Perform bench assembly work
- Ability to accomplish tasks using small hand tools, hand soldering, assembling hardware and handling component insertion with precision.
- Capable of following instructions and utilizing visual aids when necessary
- Proficient in operating SMT (surface mount technology) equipment - (preferred)
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Accepting Applications for 2nd shift: Monday to Friday; however, you may be required to work some weekends (Saturday)
- 1st Shift Schedule: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

- Work environment: Job duties are performed on the production floor in a factory setting. Noise level in the production work environment is usually minimal.
