Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtains closed file from Escrow Officer/Assistant
• Scans into system to retain proper documentation as required by company policy.
• Prepares loan package to be returned to the lender per their instructions.
• Compile any internal documentation required to issue policies, etc.
• Send payoffs, miscellaneous disbursements remaining in file.
• Prepare documents for recording (either electronic or hand carried where required)
• Submit e-recordings and/or coordinate hand carried recordings.

• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to manage a multi-line phone.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
