We work closely with creative teams, media buyers, strategists, editors, producers, and influencers to execute campaigns that drive measurable business results.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Marketing Project Coordinator to help keep projects moving, teams aligned, and deliverables on track.

Role Overview

This is an execution and coordination role, not a strategy-only or analytics-heavy position.

ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

• Support multiple marketing projects across content production, paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns
• Break project plans into clear tasks, owners, and deadlines
• Track deliverables and ensure projects move forward on schedule
• Maintain organized project documentation, files, links, briefs, and assets

Team Communication

• Coordinate with internal teams including:
• Creative
• Paid Media
• Content Production
• Strategy
• Influencer Marketing
• Ensure everyone understands:
• priorities
• timelines
• responsibilities
• next steps
• Follow up proactively to prevent delays and bottlenecks

Timeline & Deliverable Management

• Monitor project status daily
• Track pending items and upcoming deadlines
• Identify missing information or blockers early
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure projects maintain momentum in a fast-paced agency environment

Reporting & Organization

• Prepare internal status updates and project summaries
• Organize client feedback and revision requests
• Maintain project records and communication logs
• Ensure deliverables are easy to locate and reference

Quality Control

• Review deliverables before submission
• Confirm assets align with briefs and requirements
• Catch missing information or inconsistencies
• Help maintain quality standards across campaigns

Resource Coordination

• Support shoot scheduling
• Coordinate editing timelines
• Track influencer deliverables
• Help manage production resources across multiple projects simultaneously

QualificationsRequired

• 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Marketing Project Coordination
• Account Coordination
• Campaign Coordination
• Marketing Operations
• Agency Project Management
• PR Agency Operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong follow-up habits and sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Able to commute daily to El Monte, CA

Preferred

• Marketing agency experience
• PR agency experience
• Experience supporting client-facing projects
• Familiarity with:
