Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Director of Clinical Services/Branch Manager to lead clinical operations at our Lake Havasu branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves overseeing daily clinical activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes quality service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all clinical services within the branch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to maintain a high-performing team.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient workflow, safety, and adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage operational aspects such as scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control for medical supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, privacy regulations (such as HIPAA), and safety protocols across all clinical operations.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning among staff members.

• Proven experience in clinical management within a healthcare setting, with strong leadership capabilities.

Pay: $104,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
