We supply packaging materials to customers in the U.S. market and help clients navigate U.S. import and customs processes through practical guidance on customs clearance, logistics, and origin/FTA-related documentation. When projects involve regulated imports, we also coordinate documentation and compliance support for requirements such as FDA/FSVP in collaboration with specialized partner agencies.
Position Summary
Logistics & Import/Export Assistant provides hands-on operational and administrative support for U.S.-bound import/export compliance execution and cross-border logistics across SAMC US’s sourcing and consulting business lines. This role focuses on preparing trade documentation, handling client communications, and supporting compliance-oriented consulting deliverables. The Assistant will work daily with freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PL/warehouses, and internal team members to ensure smooth operational workflows.
