Position Description:
NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing seeks a part-time Project Coordinator/Research Assistant to assist with an engaging interdisciplinary research program focused on depression among women with chronic illness. The Project Coordinator/Research Assistant will facilitate communication with data cleaning, dissemination, and communication with interdisciplinary teams within and outside of NYU.

Approximate Start and End Dates: This is a part-time, one-year appointment (based on start date), with the possibility of continuation and extension based on performance, mutual agreement, and the availability of continued funding.
Appointment Type: Part-time, fixed-term, grant-funded position.
Expected Work Hours: 20 hours per week with some flexibility.
Location: Hybrid. The position requires at least two days of in-person work per week, including field-based research activities and College-designated common in-person days.
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is $30. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
